Dear Parents,
As we prepare for the 2026 academic year, we want to remind you of our new stationery system.
Ordering Information
All stationery can be ordered through Masons by logging onto their website and placing your order. You may purchase stationery from other stores if you prefer; however, we highly recommend ordering through Masons to ensure that your child has all the necessary and correct items for the upcoming year.

Important Dates:
- Online ordering opens:Â Wednesday, 22nd October 2025
- Online ordering closes:Â Saturday, 26th November 2025
- Collection date:Â Tuesday, 10th December 2025, in the Music Academy from 09:00 – 14:30
Additional Once-Off Fee
A small fee will be added to your school statement to cover the cost of essential textbooks, paper, homework diary, etc. This fee will ensure that all the necessary resources are available for your child’s learning. Please see your grade letter for the amount.
Payment Details:
- Full payment due:Â Tuesday, 2nd December 2025
- Payment reference:Â Use your unique Pastel number followed by “stat2026” (refer to account statement for Pastel number or use your child’s full name)
- Please note:Â This payment is non-refundable
