Welcome

2010! Welcome to our school family.  Yes, our theme is GIVE LEARNING A HEADER!  Soccer fever has hit the Sun Valley Group of Schools and will be felt in the Primary School.  We have taken letters in the word SOCCER to express our focus for 2010:

S = Seize

O = Opportunities 

C = Conquer

C = Challenges

E = Expect

R = Result

There are so many opportunities in life.  Great schools must teach children how to grab hold of opportunities.  Success only comes if we reach out and take hold of the opportunities.

Life is HARD!  Young people have to learn to face challenges and conquer them.  That skill has to be taught.

Expect Results!  This is such a positive statement.  We have to be expectant.  We have to believe that tomorrow will be better.  And tomorrow will be better if we know how to cope with today.

May 2010 be a great year as we continue to PLAY IT FORWARD in the life game called SOCCER!
